2. Local Storage

The extension stores only your language preference (e.g., "en", "ko", "ja") in the browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared by removing the extension.

3. File Processing

All PDF and image files are processed entirely within your browser using JavaScript (pdf-lib, PDF.js). Files are read into memory only during processing, never transmitted over the network, and automatically released from memory after processing.

4. Permissions

The extension requests only the storage permission to save your language preference. No other permissions are requested.

Simple PDF Editor does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or analytics platforms.
